Pregnancy Without Fallopian Tubes: Understanding Fertility Options
In order to get pregnant, a sperm must fertilize an egg. The egg is released from one of the ovaries, and then travels down the fallopian tube to the uterus. If a sperm is able to swim up the fallopian tube and fertilize the egg, the fertilized egg will then travel down the fallopian tube to the uterus, where it will implant and grow into a baby.
Therefore, it is not possible to get pregnant without fallopian tubes, as the egg cannot travel down the fallopian tube to the uterus.
