Following a few steps will help you to create your own MVM avatar and alter its weight online.Things You'll Need
- My Virtual Model account
Instructions
Sign up with the My Virtual Model Community. Go to MVM.com and click the "join" button. Create your "My User ID" and follow the prompts for creating your avatar. Be sure to create an avatar that is a true representation of your current self. You will be able to alter its appearance later.
Modify your model. Click the "Modify my Model" link below your avatar. Adjust the settings to change your model's weight and body shape. You can also use these settings to adjust your avatar's hair and skin tone. You can use these settings to make your avatar gain and lose weight with the click of a button. However, remember to reset your avatar's weight and other information when you are finished.
Go to MVM's weight loss simulator. The link to this simulator is provided in the References section of this article. This simulator allows you to use your avatar to compare three stages of weight change--before, current and after--without having to reset your avatar afterward.
