There's a misconception here.
In most cases, there wouldn't be a significant size difference between the muscles in the writing hand and the opposite hand of a typically functioning individual since humans use both their hands regularly for various activities throughout the day and their muscle development tends to remain balanced on both sides unless specifically conditioned otherwise.
