A love doctor is an informal term for someone who offers advice on matters of the heart. Typically it's someone with experience, such as an author, journalist or radio or TV producer who fields questions sent anonymously by members of the public on any subjects of the heart- including romantic dilemmas, sex problems and anything that touches a heart.
