Nite White Excel 3 Turbo is an overnight teeth whitening kit available only from dentists. The Nite White kit contains three syringes of whitening paste and a professional mold of your teeth prepared by your dentist. You'll need to use the product for seven to 10 days to see results. Unlike teeth whitening strips, the mold covers your entire mouth so that the product whitens each natural tooth.

  Brush and floss your teeth.

  Squeeze a pea-size drop of Nite White Excel 3 into the front center of the teeth mold. Do not spread the gel around.

  Insert the mold into your mouth and press firmly. Wipe the excess gel from your gums with a tissue or your finger.

  Repeat Steps 2 and 3 with the second tray.

  Wear overnight or for the time recommended by your dentist.

  Remove the trays and clean them with cold water and a toothbrush or Q-tip. Place the trays back in the tray holder and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
