- Glass or cup
- Hydrogen peroxide
- Baking soda
- Toothbrush
Instructions
Pour about 2 tablespoons of baking soda into a glass or cup.
Add enough hydrogen peroxide to the baking soda to make a thick paste.
Dip the toothbrush into the paste. Brush teeth as usual, repeatedly dipping the brush into the paste as needed. Baking soda is an abrasive product that scrubs stains off the teeth. Combined with the bleaching effect of the hydrogen peroxide, it helps teeth become whiter.
