How Do I Switch the Brush Head on an Oral-B CrossAction Battery Power Toothbrush?
Replacing a brush head on an Oral-B CrossAction Battery Power toothbrush can be accomplished in a few simple steps. The replacement brush heads come with a special QuickRelease tool that allows for easy removal of the used brush head. If a QuickRelease tool is not provided, contact Oral-B through its comprehensive website or the telephone number provided on the package.
Instructions
Grasp the QuickRelease tool with your forefinger and thumb, and place it directly on the neck of the toothbrush. Press down, sliding the old brush head off the toothbrush.
Hold the replacement brush head parallel to the neck of the toothbrush. Gently slide the neck of the brush head toward the handle until it clicks, indicating that the brush head is locked into place.
Verify that the brush head is secured by turning on the toothbrush at arm's length from the body and away from the face.
