How do you go in the pool on your period without using a tampon?
It is not advisable to go into the pool when you are on your period without using a tampon. There is a risk of menstrual blood leaking out and staining the pool water, which could be embarrassing and unhygienic. Additionally, swimming with a menstrual pad or sanitary napkin is not recommended as they can become waterlogged and fall off. It is best to insert a tampon before swimming to prevent leaks.Cavities - Related Articles
