Decaffeinated tea does not cause dehydration.
While caffeine has a diuretic effect, which can lead to fluid loss, decaf tea does not contain caffeine. Caffeine is a stimulant that can increase urine output, but decaf tea does not contain caffeine, so it does not have this effect. Therefore, drinking decaf tea does not lead to dehydration.
