Child CPR: Proper Chest Compression Technique
When performing chest compressions on a child, use the heel of one hand on the center of the child's chest, just below the nipples. Then place your other hand on top of your first hand and interlock your fingers. Give rapid chest compressions at a rate of 100 to 120 per minute, allowing for complete recoil of the chest between compressions. Continue chest compressions until medical help arrives.Choking - Related Articles
