Ovarian Cancer: Understanding Risk, Survival Rates & Stages
Ovarian cancer is the leading cause of death from gynecologic cancer in the United States and is the fifth leading cause of cancer death among women. The five-year survival rate for ovarian cancer is 49%, but varies with age and the cancer's stage and grade.
