Photon Physics Light Therapy Head Replacement: What You Need to Know
The treatment head of a photon physics light therapy device does not typically require replacement. The LED lights used in these devices have an extremely long lifespan, with some lasting up to 50,000 hours of continuous use. This is equivalent to approximately 5.7 years of continuous operation, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
However, it is important to follow the manufacturer's recommendations for maintenance and care of the treatment head to ensure optimal performance and longevity. This may include cleaning the treatment head with a soft, lint-free cloth and mild detergent solution, as well as avoiding exposure to excessive moisture, heat, or direct sunlight.
If you notice any significant decrease in the light output or other issues with the treatment head, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer or a qualified technician for assistance.
