Can Men Lactate? Understanding Lactation Induction in Males
There is no safe or reliable way for a man to induce lactation. Men do not have mammary glands capable of producing milk. Also, the hormonal changes necessary to induce lactation can have serious side effects for men, including decreased testosterone levels, erectile dysfunction, and gynecomastia (enlarged breast tissue).
