Step 1:- Stop compressions
Step 2:
- Check hand position & compression depth
- Ensure compressions are given over lower portion of breastbone
- Allow for full chest recoil with each compression
Step 3:
- If technique continues: Provide verbal feedback "Allow Chest to Recoil Fully'' between each cycle & ensure full chest recoil is seen with following round of compressions
Step 4:
- If technique does not continue: Allow compressions to be done to best practice standards before requesting change technique again if required
