Implantation Bleeding & Early Pregnancy Symptoms: What to Expect

Implantation bleeding is a light vaginal bleeding that can occur 10-14 days after ovulation and around the time of the expected period. Pregnancy symptoms may start to appear about 4-6 weeks after conception. Common early pregnancy symptoms include:
