Do every woman have implantation bleeding?

Implantation bleeding does not occur in every woman. While it can be an early sign of pregnancy, it is not experienced by all pregnant individuals. The absence of implantation bleeding does not necessarily indicate an unsuccessful implantation or the absence of pregnancy.
