CPR Training: Adult, Infant & Child – American Red Cross
Adult, infant and child CPR training classes are provided in communities across the United States. While not always performed directly by American Red Cross personnel, these classes are developed by the American Red Cross.-
Participation and Length
-
CPR training classes consist of classroom training, practice on CPR dummies and a written exam. While they are usually one day classes, occasionally they will be split up over multiple days.
Costs
-
Costs for CPR training classes vary, depending upon the circumstances under which they are taught and the organization holding the classes. The costs average around $30 to $50.
Online Classes
-
There are also online adult, infant and child CPR classes available. Although these should not be used in place of a live class, they are a good supplement to provide additional information and training.
