83921 - EMG, with repetitive stimulation of one nerve to record responses from stimulated muscles (excluding tests utilizing the F response)
83922 - EMG, with study and interpretation of evoked potential responses during surgical operations with direct muscle stimulation
83925 - EMG, needle electrode examination, each additional extremity (List separately in addition to code for primary procedure)
83927 - Nerve conduction, motor, each nerve; 2 or more studies or paired comparison of latency between two or more anatomic sites on one or both sides
