CPR Technique: Proper Mouth-to-Mouth & Nose Coverage

You don't pinch the nose while performing CPR. You use the heel of one hand to cover the mouth or nose of the victim, whichever is visible. The other hand is placed on top of the first, creating an airtight seal. This is done in order to provide the victim with positive pressure ventilation.
