Understanding the 3 Main Causes of Stress - Environmental, Psychological & Physical
There are many different causes of stress, but three of the most common are:
1. Environmental stressors: These are things in our surroundings that can cause stress, such as work deadlines, financial problems, or relationship issues.
2. Psychological stressors: These are things that happen in our minds, such as negative thoughts, worries, or fears.
3. Physical stressors: These are things that affect our bodies, such as illness, injury, or chronic pain.
It's important to remember that stress is a normal part of life. Everyone experiences stress from time to time. The key is to find healthy ways to manage stress so that it doesn't become overwhelming.
