Omphalophobia: Understanding the Fear of Belly Buttons
There is no scientific consensus on how many people have a fear of belly buttons, and the condition does not have an official medical name. However, some research has suggested that up to 1 in 100 people may experience some degree of discomfort or anxiety related to their belly button.
