Figures for how long you should spend in the sun?
Adults:
* Light-skinned: 10-20 minutes per day
* Medium-skinned: 20-30 minutes per day
* Dark-skinned: 30-40 minutes per day
Children:
* Infants under 6 months: No direct sunlight
* Children ages 6 months to 1 year: 5-10 minutes of direct sunlight per day, avoiding the peak hours of 10am to 4pm
* Children ages 1-3 years: 10-15 minutes of direct sunlight per day, avoiding the peak hours of 10am to 4pm
* Children ages 4-18 years: 15-20 minutes of direct sunlight per day, avoiding the peak hours of 10am to 4pm
