Why I need to pee while exercising?
There are a few reasons why you might need to pee while exercising.
* Increased blood flow to the kidneys. When you exercise, your blood pressure increases and your heart rate increases. This causes more blood to flow to your kidneys, which in turn produces more urine.
* Increased fluid intake. Many people drink more fluids when they exercise, which can also lead to an increased need to pee.
* Relaxation of the bladder muscles. Exercise can relax the muscles in your bladder, making it easier for urine to come out.
In most cases, the need to pee while exercising is nothing to worry about. However, if you are experiencing any other symptoms, such as pain or difficulty urinating, you should talk to your doctor.
