Why are people saying that Michael dermatologist is accually his kids biological father?

There is no evidence to suggest that Michael Jackson's dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein, is the biological father of his children. Klein has denied any such claims and has stated that he has never had a romantic relationship with Jackson.
