The probability of a child getting Townes-Brocks Syndrome if the mother has it is 50%.
Townes-Brocks Syndrome is an autosomal dominant genetic disorder, which means that only one copy of the affected gene is needed to cause the condition. If the mother has Townes-Brocks Syndrome, she has two copies of the affected gene. When she passes on her genes to her children, there is a 50% chance that each child will inherit the affected gene and develop the condition.
