If a person swallows pollen can they get pregnant?
Pollen is a male sex cell produced by flowering plants. When pollen is transferred to a flower's female reproductive organ, the pistil, it can lead to fertilization and eventually the production of seeds.
There is no scientific evidence to suggest that swallowing pollen can lead to pregnancy in a human. The human reproductive system is complex, and fertilization requires the union of a male gamete (sperm) with a female gamete (egg). Pollen is not capable of fertilizing a human egg.
Furthermore, the vast majority of pollen is not able to survive the harsh conditions of the digestive system. The stomach's acidic environment quickly destroys most pollen. As such, it is highly unlikely that any pollen could survive long enough to reach the reproductive organs and cause fertilization.
Therefore, the answer to the question is no - swallowing pollen cannot lead to pregnancy.
