Pregnancy Test After Abortion: What to Expect
It depends on the type of abortion. If it is a medical abortion, the pregnancy test may still be positive for up to 4 weeks after the procedure. If it is a surgical abortion, the pregnancy test should be negative within a few days.
It is important to note that even if the pregnancy test is negative, it does not necessarily mean that the abortion was successful. There is still a small chance that the pregnancy could continue, so it is important to see a doctor to confirm that the abortion was successful.
