5-Month Fetus: Development and Appearance in the Uterus

A 5-month-old fetus is not inside the womb, but rather in the uterus. At this stage of development, the fetus is about 10-12 inches long and weighs around 1 pound. The head is about half the size of the body, and the eyes, ears, and nose are all well-developed. The arms and legs are also beginning to move, and the fetus is starting to make small movements.
