How can an infant demonstrate that he or she is full?
There are a few signs that can indicate that an infant is full:- The infant will turn their head away from the breast or bottle. This is a common sign that the infant is no longer hungry.
- The infant may start to fuss or cry. This could be a sign of frustration that the infant is still hungry or that they are experiencing gas or discomfort.
- The infant may release the nipple or bottle. This is a good indication that the infant is full.
- The infant may close their eyes and fall asleep. This is a sign that the infant is content and has had enough to eat.
