The World's Largest Naturally Born Baby: A Medical Marvel
The largest baby born naturally weighed 22 pounds and 8 ounces (10.2 kg) and was born in Aversa, Italy, in 1955. The baby, named Antonio, was delivered by caesarean section and survived for only a few hours. The mother, Carmelina Fedele, was only 5 feet 1 inch (1.55 m) tall and had a very narrow pelvis. Antonio's birth was a medical marvel, and he is still considered to be the largest baby ever born naturally.Baby Health - Related Articles
