iFit Cards: A Guide to Creating and Using Your Own
The iFit USB module connects workout equipment, such as treadmills and elliptical trainers, to workout routines. Routines can be purchased online and downloaded to a secure digital (SD) card. The SD card stores and tracks the progress of workouts, the meals you eat and creates personalized workouts. Programs are focused on weight loss, wellness, performance and power walking. Download the workout program of your choice online and create your own iFit card for use with your workout equipment.
Instructions
Download your iFit workout. Save the .zip file to the desktop of your computer.
Insert the SD media card into the media card slot or a media card adapter in your computer. The contents of the SD card should launch.
