- Toothbrush

Instructions
Brush your teeth as you normally would, using a toothpaste that adequately cleans and protects your teeth.
Peel a banana completely and set the fruit aside for later use. Manually split the peel into long sections. Rub the inner, moist parts of the peels against your teeth in a gentle circular motion for about 2 to 3 minutes. Discard the peels once your are done.
Brush your teeth once again and rinse thoroughly to remove any remaining residue left behind by the whitening process.
