• Warm water
• 1 Polident tablet

  Fill a container with enough warm water to cover your dentures.

  Add a Polident tablet to the water and allow it to dissolve.

  Soak your denture in the solution for the length of time specified on the specific formulation you are using. Polident 3-Minute cleans in three minutes. The Overnight Whitening formula requires that you soak them overnight for the best results.

  Brush your dentures gently with a denture brush and rinse them thoroughly in warm running water.
