Tampon Insertion: Proper Angle & Technique for Comfortable Use
The correct way to insert a tampon is to hold the tampon by the string with one hand and gently insert it into the vagina at a 45-degree angle, towards the small of your back. It's important to relax your muscles and take your time to allow the tampon to slide in smoothly. Avoid pushing the tampon in too far. Once the tampon is fully inserted, the string should hang out of the vagina so that you can easily remove it later.Cavities - Related Articles
