Clobex Shampoo: Dosage, Usage & Scalp Psoriasis Treatment

Clobex is a prescription strength shampoo used to treat scalp psoriasis. It is clobetasol, in an easy-to-use application method. Use it on a daily basis for four weeks to assist you with eliminating flaking and itching on your scalp. Do not use it for more than four weeks. It comes in 4fl. oz. bottles from the pharmacy. Only use Clobex for severe conditions of scalp psoriasis.

  Apply a small dab of Clobex to your scalp, directly on the affected area.

  Look for other areas on you scalp severely affected with psoriasis and apply a small amount to the affected area.

  Wait 15 minutes before washing out the shampoo. Do not apply shampoo while rinsing and lathering your hair. The Clobex is all that you need. You may apply a non-medicated shampoo if you wish after you completely rinse out the Clobex.

  Wash your hands thoroughly after rinsing your hair of the Clobex shampoo.
