How to Remove Body Acne
Body acne is an embarrassing but common problem for many teens and adults. It is not uncommon to find acne on the shoulders, back or chest of a large quantity of people, though most would rather not discuss it openly. You can treat your existing body acne as well as prevent new breakouts with a few quick daily steps.
Instructions
Wear clothes made of natural fibers like cotton. These fibers help pull moisture away from the skin, reducing the odds of acne development.
Take a shower immediately after a hard workout or any other time you sweat. Perspiration can cause acne breakouts.
Place an acne product containing benzoyl peroxide on the breakout area. This will dry the skin and help to remove the acne. Be aware that this chemical will bleach your clothes, so let it dry before getting dressed.
Wash your affected skin thoroughly with a body or face wash designed to help combat acne breakouts. After a few days of washing the area and applying acne-treating chemicals, the breakout should subside.
