Musculoskeletal symptoms:
* Tall stature with long, slender limbs
* Joint laxity
* Scoliosis (curvature of the spine)
* Pectus excavatum (sunken chest) or pectus carinatum (pigeon chest)
* Arachnodactyly (long, slender fingers and toes)
* Pes planus (flat feet)
* Hernias
Cardiovascular symptoms:
* Aortic aneurysm (a bulge in the aorta, the main artery that carries blood from the heart to the body)
* Aortic dissection (a tear in the aorta)
* Mitral valve prolapse (a condition in which the mitral valve, which separates the left atrium and left ventricle of the heart, does not close properly)
Eye symptoms:
* Ectopia lentis (dislocation of the lens of the eye)
* Myopia (nearsightedness)
