Can you have a miscarage at 7 months?

It is extremely rare to have a miscarriage at 7 months as most pregnancies last for around 40 weeks. However, it is possible to experience preterm labour which can occur at any point during pregnancy. Any premature birth before 24 weeks is considered a miscarriage.
