Natural Relief for Sinus Pressure: Simple Home Remedies
Sinus pressure can be caused by colds and flu or by allergens in the air. Regardless of its root cause, it is uncomfortable and can make breathing difficult. It also often is accompanied by a headache. There are plenty of over-the-counter and prescription strength medications on the market to treat it, but you can naturally relieve sinus pressure without having to worry about what you are putting into your body.Things You'll Need
- Bowl
- Hot water
- Eucalyptus oil
- Towel
Instructions
Fill a bowl with hot water. Add one to two drops of eucalyptus oil to the water.
Place your face 6 inches above the bowl and drape the towel over your head. Breath deeply from the steam for 10 minutes.
