Is this OK I have a Jones fracture every site says it takes 8 weeks to heal but the doctor is taking your cast off in four and i am walking on it?

- Ice your foot for 20 minutes several times a day.
- Take over-the-counter pain medication as needed.
- Use crutches or a walking boot to keep weight off of your foot.
