I was talking and all of a sudden my throat started hurting i talk without it now cant at think its laryngitis how do cure it?
Laryngitis is a common condition that causes inflammation of the voice box (larynx). It can be caused by a variety of factors, including viral infections, bacterial infections, allergies, overuse of the voice, and smoking.
While laryngitis can be uncomfortable, it is usually not serious and will resolve on its own within a few days. However, there are some things you can do to help speed up the healing process and relieve your symptoms:
1. Rest your voice. This is the most important thing you can do to help your vocal cords heal. Avoid talking, singing, or whispering as much as possible.
2. Drink plenty of fluids. Staying hydrated helps to keep your vocal cords moist and lubricated.
3. Use a humidifier. Adding moisture to the air can help to relieve dryness and irritation in your throat.
4. Gargle with salt water. This can help to reduce inflammation and pain in your throat.
5. Take over-the-counter pain relievers. These can help to relieve pain and inflammation.
6. Avoid irritants. This includes smoke, dust, and chemicals.
7. See a doctor if your symptoms don't improve. If your laryngitis does not improve within a few days, or if you have a fever, difficulty swallowing, or shortness of breath, see a doctor.
Most cases of laryngitis will resolve on their own within a few days. However, if your symptoms do not improve, or if you have a fever, difficulty swallowing, or shortness of breath, see a doctor.
