Embryo Visibility in X-rays: What to Expect
Embryos, particularly during early stages of pregnancy, may not be visible in X-rays due to their small size and lack of certain skeletal features. X-rays are more effective in visualizing bones, which only start developing in embryos later during the first trimester.
