Smoking marijuana stems does not cause testicular cancer. While there is some research suggesting a link between marijuana use and the risk of certain cancers, testicular cancer is not one of them. In fact, some evidence suggests that marijuana may even have protective effects against certain cancers, including testicular cancer.
