Excessive abdominal tickling does not create adhesions. Adhesions are bands of scar tissue that connect organs or tissues that are not normally connected. They can form after surgery, injury, or infection. While tickling can cause temporary discomfort or laughter, it does not cause physical damage or the formation of adhesions.
