What is decholin?
Decholin, also known by its generic name dehydrocholic acid, is a medication used to improve bile flow in the body, particularly when it is thick, slow-moving, or insufficient. Some conditions it may be used for include indigestion and constipation caused by gallbladder problems, gallbladder surgery or removal, or other instances when bile flow needs to be stimulated or increased.
