- Almonds
- Rice
- Water
- Milk
- Tumeric powder
- Banana
- Amla Juice
- Dried figs
- Honey
- Lime juice
- Cooking pot
Instructions
Mix 1 tsp. rice and 10 whole almonds in 4 oz. water. Allow this mixture to soak overnight. In the morning, strain the almonds out of the water and remove the skins. Once you have removed the almond skins, grind the almonds until they have been sufficiently crushed. Mix 6 oz. milk with 1 tsp. turmeric powder into a cooking pot and bring to a boil. After the milk has cooled, add the crushed almonds and consume this mixture every morning.
Mash a whole banana, with the skin removed, until it is creamy. Add 1 tbsp. amla juice and stir. Consume this mixture twice a day--once in the morning and once in the afternoon--to help strengthen your body and keep from feeling weak.
Place four dried figs into 8 oz. cold water. The next morning, remove the figs and eat with 4 oz. milk. Repeat this step every morning for 30 days.
Combine 2 tsp. lime juice, 2 tsp. honey and 2 tsp. amla juice into 8 oz. water. Drink this mixture on an empty stomach before breakfast.
Mix 1 tsp. cinnamon in 4 oz. pomegranate juice. Add 1 tbsp. honey to this mixture and stir. Once you have combined these ingredients, drink the solution every day to battle weakness.
