How to Lower Blood pressure with Easy Breathing exercise
There are many products - machines, cd's, books, etc. that can lower your blood pressure with breathing exercises. The reality is the principal is simple and you don't have to pay anything to learn it!!Things You'll Need
- Time (20-30 minutes)
- Quiet place
- A clock with a second hand
Instructions
Understand the principal -
Find a relaxing position (sitting or laying down but not while driving!)
Take a deep breath allowing your stomach to expand.
Slowly let the air release. Ideally, you will take only six breaths a minute which means exhaling for 10-15 seconds. Repeat for 20 minutes.
Slowing your breathing will lower your blood pressure. You only need to do this for 20-30 minutes a day and the effects last all day. Focus on your exhale.
