Essential Oil Blister Foot Bath: Soothe & Heal Painful Blisters
If your job requires you to be on your feet all day, it is extra important to take care of your feet. Worn-out feet can get blisters, which occur when socks or footwear repeatedly rub against the skin. The outer layer of skin separates from the inner layers and the resulting space fills with lymph fluid. Never pierce a blister; treat them with essential oils. Peppermint, lavender and chamomile essential oils work well on blisters as they each contain soothing anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. Peppermint is especially cooling. Try an essential oils foot bath for tired, blistered feet.Things You'll Need
