Can you make your feet smaller using surgery?

It is not possible to make your feet smaller by surgery. But surgery may be advised on patients as a treatment procedure when they struggle with severe foot, joint and back complications or pain resulting from excessively large feet for their height and body size (known as macropodia or megalodactyly).
