All hazard warning labels must contain the following information for each work center:
1. Chemical ID & Name
2. Signal Word: DANGER, WARNING, CAUTION
3. Hazard Statement(s): Describes hazard potential
4. Precautionary Statements: Includes preventive & mitigation steps
5. Name, Address & Phone Number of the Responsible Party
6. Date of Label Update or Preparation
